- How many people can stay?
- This is the rate for a private rental that accommodates up to 6 people. If you have 7 or more guests, please let us know. We will provide additional bedding. An extra fee of ¥4,950 (including tax) will be charged per additional person.
※ Rurinohama GRANDE accommodates up to 8 people. If you have 9 or more guests, please let us know.

- You can park up to 2 cars per room.

- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 11:00.

- Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
- Due to cleaning schedules, check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

- What amenities are provided, such as chopsticks, plates, and cups?
- The room is equipped with chopsticks, plates, and glasses for the number of guests. Additionally, it includes a microwave, refrigerator, and a system kitchen.

- What amenities are available?
- We provide pajamas, toothbrushes, and a set of towels for each guest. The pajamas are one size fits all, so please bring your own if you are petite or if you have children.

- Are additional towels available for rental?
- In addition to the towels provided in the room, extra towels can be rented for a fee.
Face towels are 110 yen (tax included) each, and bath towels are 220 yen (tax included) each.

- Is there a BBQ grill available?
- A BBQ gas grill set is available for rent (5,000 yen, tax included).

- We have one unit at Rurinohama and several units within the group facilities where pets are allowed.
Please present a rabies vaccination certificate at check-in.

- What if I don’t have a car?
- We offer a pick-up service from the nearest Tango Railway Amanohashidate Station.
The pick-up time is 14:45 from Amanohashidate Station.
Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for other times.
* Free pick-up service requires reservation at least three days in advance.
* We cannot accommodate same-day pick-up requests.
* Depending on availability, you may have to share the ride with others.
* On the day of your stay, if you visit the opposite side of Amanohashidate Station by boat or bicycle and come to the Nishigaki Fuchu store, we may be able to offer pick-up (reservation required).

- Is it wheelchair accessible?
- There are some minor steps, but it meets the barrier-free standards required by the hotel industry regulations.

- Is it suitable for wheelchair users or pregnant women?
- The pick-up vehicle is not wheelchair accessible, but our staff will assist during pick-up. The villa itself is barrier-free, so you will be comfortable. Pregnant guests can also stay without any issues.

- About a 10-minute drive away is Amanohashidate Beach, and about a 10-minute walk away is Komatsu Beach.

- Can I use the facilities within the resort mansion?
- Only Marine Topia Resort owners can use these facilities.

- The pool is not heated, but it is filled with water year-round.

- Are fireworks allowed?
- Only handheld fireworks are allowed in the courtyard and outdoors.
