"Natural Hot Spring & Private SPA Rurinohama," which boasts the highest repeat rate among Marine Topia Resort facilities, offers a 70-square-meter cottage for exclusive rental. This makes it perfect for large groups, multi-generational family trips, and for spending special time with a loved one in a secluded setting.
With the sea just nearby, each building features a luxurious private courtyard pool and natural hot spring. Despite the opulence, the cost per person becomes quite reasonable when accommodating a large group, which contributes to its popularity. Each room type has a standard capacity of 6 guests, but if you have 7 or more guests, you can stay with an additional charge of only 4,500 yen per extra person.
The available room types are "Rurinohama," "Rurinohama VITE," and "Rurinohama RETREAT." Let’s introduce each of these room types.
Rurinohama
Rurinohama, with its serene exterior inspired by traditional Kyoto townhouses, consists of a total of six cottages. Among these, one villa is available for guests traveling with dogs. If you wish to bring a pet, please make a reservation for the "Rurinohama (Pet-Friendly)" room type.
The private courtyard features an 8-meter diameter pool, allowing you to use it without worrying about your surroundings. The pool, which is easily visible from the rooms, has a shallow depth of 30 cm, making it a safe and enjoyable space for young children to play.
The bathroom is equipped with a private hot spring that you can enjoy at any time, 24 hours a day. The rare red hot spring, known for its blood circulation and moisturizing benefits, warms your body from the inside out. The hot spring water is completely replaced daily with water sent from the source, and you can adjust the temperature yourself, allowing you to enjoy a natural hot spring tailored to your preferences.
Rurinohama VITE
The facility consists of four cottages. Each spacious villa features a traditional Japanese-style room (6 tatami mats), a western-style twin bedroom, and a living-dining area, making it a 2LDK layout. Like the Ruri-hama, Ruri-hama VITE offers a sense of openness with large windows that provide a great view of the terrace and pool.
Additionally, the guest rooms feature both an indoor bath and an outdoor hot spring bath with red water. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot spring while overlooking the courtyard.
Rurinohama RETREAT
Opened in July 2019, Ruri-hama RETREAT consists of two private villas. The facility offers a stunning ocean view of Miyazu Bay. Ruri-hama RETREAT features a natural and stylish interior that evokes a relaxed Mediterranean resort atmosphere. Each villa includes a 4.5-tatami mat Japanese-style room, a 6-tatami mat Japanese-style room, a western-style twin bedroom, and a living-dining area, making it a 3LDK layout. In addition to the private courtyard pool and natural hot spring, each villa is equipped with a jacuzzi.
From the living area, filled with the warmth of wood, you can also enjoy a magnificent ocean view. Experience the luxury of relaxing by the pool or in the hot spring while listening to the sound of the waves and feeling the sea breeze.
"Natural Hot Spring & Private SPA Ruri-hama," with its three different types of rooms, is designed as a villa-style accommodation that also provides a glamping experience. Each room type features a private garden where you can enjoy BBQs and skillet dishes with an outdoor feel. If you or your friends or grandparents are hesitant about staying in a tent, why not invite them to experience the outdoors in a more comfortable setting?
